WorkForce Hospitality is a natural extension of our unique, vertically-integrated capabilities—combined with a tremendous opportunity to make workforce housing a true advantage in employee recruitment and retention. By first listening to your needs, challenges, specifications, and vision, we then create a custom solution that provides you a valuable asset, and even greater confidence.
Zimmerman Properties has a rich history in the development of affordable housing of all types, now including workforce housing. We understand the importance it plays in local communities, and the advantages unique, comfortable housing can provide to the oil, energy and gas production facilities. But “affordable” doesn’t have to mean uncomfortable or unimaginative.
Two recent projects in Williston, ND and Odessa, TX are good examples of our custom versatility. The North Dakota Lodge is a purely premium man camp, featuring upscale décor and amenities, including private bathrooms for every worker. Our Texas Man Camp is more efficient on design elements, but features all the same privacy, amenities, comfortable spaces, and superb foodservice.
Be the preferred design/build provider of custom workforce housing and foodservice programs in the United States for oil, energy and gas industries.
